The brief: 'Show that the UK advertising industry is progressive in recruiting, retaining, and developing an inclusive workforce. We needed to encourage people from diverse backgrounds to choose a career in advertising, and make it appealing to more female, BAME, neurodiverse, disabled, and LGBTQ+ and over 50s.’
